Q: How are your t-shirts printed?
A: The majority of our t-shirts are a heat application of one process or another. The technological advances in the last 10 years has produced proprietary processes in Heat Applied graphics that are thinner, lighter and more breathable then the Heat Transfers of the 70s and 80s. Other applications use a low melt epoxy process that are very similar to a screen print in feel and texture. Our Personalized shirts are created with a contour cut process also known as Vinyl cut, though the material is not Vinyl, rather a Polyurethane film that is soft and almost un-detectable to the touch. It is also CPSIA saftey rated for garments of all ages. If you have any questions about any particulare design, please don't hesitate to contact us for more information.
Q: What are your t-shirts made of?
A: Most of our t-shirts are 100% pre-shrunk cotton. Certain colors like Neon or Ash Gray have as much as 10% polyester. The term Pre-Shrunk means the garment wil not shrink a noticeable amount when washed. When Machine Dried, depending on the temperature, you will experience a slight "tightening" of the shirt and a minor amount, 1" or less, loss of length. Even though a cotton shirt will stretch back when worn, our men's t-shirts feature a set in knit neck that holds its shape for a comfortable fit. Please see our Size Charts for more information about individual styles.
Q: What Does Front Design, Back Design and Front and Back Design Placement mean?
A: If you choose Front and Back Design placement, we will apply the same, Large graphic to, Both, the Front and the Back of the t-shirt. There is an Additional Cost for this. If the t-shirt listing displays a Small matching Front design, you need to select Back Design placement and we will apply the Large Design to the Back of the t-shirt and the Small matching design to the left Front chest at No Additional Cost to you. If you choose Front Design Placement, we will Apply the Large graphic to the Front of the t-shirt, Only.
Q: What are your shirts made out of?
A: We use Only Quality 100% pre-shrunk heavyweight cotton t-shirts. Some colors such as heathers and grays are normally a 90/10 blend of cotton/polyester.
Q: How are the shirts printed?
A: We use digital and plastisol graphics that are thermally applied to the shirt, in other words many of our designs are modern technology heat transfers. Technologically superior to the heat transfers of the 70's and 80's. With superior Quality and Durability when applied properly (and we do) using state-of-the-art commercial heat presses. They have a soft feel, almost like direct to garment printing. We also carry t-shirts from licensed providers that are screen printed. If you have any questions about our shirts, please feel free to contact us before you place your order.

All colors aren't available from time to time with some manufacturers and we may substitute a brand of equal or higher quality to avoid a delay with your order.
Q: Where are your products made?
A: We use name brand products from major manufacturers that meet or beat our high standards of quality. "American Made" is a term, sometimes, used erroneously. Most of the jersey fabric for t-shirts etc. is made from cotton grown in the USA, shipped to the Middle East to be woven and then sent, in most cases, to South America for assembly. At times we have available to us, garments thst are assembled in the USA. The final process of creating the shirt with the design is done by us in the USA.
